It's another great step toward helping make our parks and public lands greener! Last month, water bottle maker Lifefactory donated a GLOBALTAP reusable bottle filling station and water fountain at the Golden Gate Bridge Pavilion in San Francisco. The newly installed station will help limit the use of disposable plastic water bottles in this highly trafficked and environmentally sensitive area.
The new water fountain/bottle filling station unit is located on the southeast side of the bridge at the Golden Gate Bridge Pavilion adjacent to the visitor center and gift shop. Thousands of pedestrians, cyclists and travelers visit the Golden Gate Bridge Pavilion every day.
