the twist pff top. I read the previopus reviews about the top getting unscrewd and I made sure that i screwed it well everytime. Well, it didn't matter. One day as i was walking in the middle of the hospital hall, the top became unscrewed, and i was so embaressed. I hope they do something about it.

When buying this glass bottle, there is a chance it can get broken, even with the silicone sleeve. After all, it *is* glass! The cost to replace the glass is almost the cost of a new bottle when the shipping is included. This company should offer replacement glass at their cost for existing customers. We already purchased a bottle from them, and they made their profits. They should take care of us by offering a low priced, easy replacement. As for me, that would encourage me to buy a few more! I started with the glass baby bottles and now I have a glass water bottle for me. I love it! I'm about to purchase a second one so I can leave it at work and won't have to worry about packing it back and forth. I hope that they will soon come up with a sippy attachment for the bottles. I'm coming back to buy a second one because my first one broke. As I was walking along holding the top of the water bottle, the top became unscrewed, and the glass fell to the ground and the glass shattered. I've heard from other friends who have this same bottle that they've had the same problem: thread to screw the top on is a little wide - probably why mine didn't stay closed. Except for this little design flaw (and other readers' suggestion to have a top you don't have to unscrew all the time to drink would probably solve this problem) - I'm still getting another one. I love that this beverage bottle doesn't make water taste metallic or plasticky. It has a very attractive design, and I like the wide mouth so I can clean it easily and put ice cubes in it. I'm back already to buy another - they're durable, but not durable enough to survive my full body weight landing on it after tumbling off my bicycle. Hopefully the new one will survive the more minor bumps and drops I'm sure will occur (and hopefully I won't crash my bicycle again!). (Posted on 9/26/10)

I love this water bottle but it needs some improvement. The shape and the silicone cover are fantastic and the two sizes offered are perfect. I got one of these as a gift and love it except for the twist off top. It becomes annoying to have to twist it off every time I use it, but when I'm at work I don't want to keep the top off or it might spill on my desk. If there was a flip top with a small opening, that would be perfection. Plus, it's a bit too heavy. Thinner glass would be best.
I would also love one in purple but only the smaller 9oz bottle has the purple silicone cover. Too bad they don't make a purple cover for the 22 oz. All in all I would say this product is great, one of the best options for glass water bottles out there, but would be perfect with these few changes. (Posted on 9/15/10)

I have purchased about 15 of these bottles, and given them out to relatives and friends. They all love them!!! I found these in an add in a magazine at my stylist salon. What a wonderful idea! I have always continued to drink water out of the plastic bottles, until a relative found out how dangerous it was and told me to stop. I love these as you can put ice in them and walk out the door. I have even frozen the water and added more water on top of the ice, and ite keeps cool all day! The only complaint I heard was it should have a different top on it, like plastic so you don;'t have to keep taking the lid on and off. But its minor compared to what it offers! I have waited so long for a quality glass beverage container. Got very excited when I noticed that the silicone sleeve was made in the U.S.A. However, a little disappointed to learn the glass wasn't. Never felt completely comfortable drinking from plastic containers... regardless of their claims to be bha or whatever free... Needless to say, I am thoroughly enjoying this one. Water tastes better and feels colder longer to me... Fits nicely in the cup holder in my car... Not too tall for the shelves in my fridge. Cap is well constructed... a real treat... Make the glass in the U.S.A. and I'll spend the hefty 20.00+ dollars for each of my family members. (Posted on 8/9/10)

I told my friends about my new beverage bottle and show it off proudly, and recommended it on my FB page. I own a lot of stainless steel water bottles but they do tend to taste a bit metallic and so I don't drink anything from it except water. Your bottle is the alternative I've been looking for and the silicone cover is genius. Thanks again and I'll be getting more some time soon. Great product design too!!
