We are headquartered in California and fulfill orders from our warehouse in New Jersey. 

Please note that it can take up to two full business days from the time you place your order online for it to ship from our warehouse. You will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number upon shipment.

We offer $5 flat rate FedEx Ground on all orders regardless of shipping destination or order contents.

We offer Free FedEx Ground on orders over $40. Our Free Shipping promotion is based on the product total after any discounts. The product total does not include any applicable taxes. Lifefactory collects sales tax in California, New Jersey and Texas. We offer Free Shipping via FedEx Ground only - expedited shipping options are not eligible for Free Shipping.

We ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
