Special Edition Archive

Welcome to our archive of special edition styles we’ve created. These bottles are no longer available for sale but they are nice to look back on.

Daren Joy Signature Series IV

At Lifefactory, our primary concerns are health and safety. The health and safety of our planet, our communities, our families and ourselves. However, we also recognize that there are too many people who live in circumstances where healthy products do not equate to safety.

For this Signature Series in Spring 2013, we decided to make a small effort toward helping homeless young people in San Francisco. $5 from every Signature Series IV bottle sold was donated to Homeless Youth Alliance San Francisco.

We made 100 22 oz and 100 16 oz bottles in these distinctive color combinations. Each bottle came with a personally signed and numbered plantable seedpaper hangtag.

Daren Joy Signature Series III

To help celebrate the 2012 holiday season, we launched the third installment of the Daren Joy Signature Series. We offered 100 22 oz and 100 16 oz bottles in these distinctive color combinations. Each bottle came with a personally signed and numbered plantable seedpaper hangtag. $5 from every Signature Series III bottle sold was donated to GLIDE (www.glide.org) in San Francisco.

Daren Joy Signature Series II

In summer 2012, Daren travelled to the Yucatan in Mexico to study natural healing techniques from indigenous Mayan families. The Daren Joy Signature Series ll collection from September 2012 was inspired by and dedicated to these Mayan families and their efforts to preserve the sophisticated wisdom of the natural world. $5 from every DJSS II bottle was donated to the TZUNU'N KAN'AN (golden hummingbird in Mayan) Foundation.

Daren Joy Signature Series I

Lifefactory co-founder, Daren Joy, created this special collection in June 2012. We made 100 22 oz and 100 16 oz bottles. Each bottle came with a personally signed and numbered plantable seedpaper hangtag. $5 from every Signature Series bottle sold was donated to The San Francisco Arts Education Project (www.sfartsed.org) which is dedicated to bringing experiential arts and creativity to public schools.
